Our approach to health care is multifactoral. We believe in proper nutrition, regular spinal check ups with myofascial work and working with other health professionals for a multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Donovan received her Bachelor of Science in Biology U of Bridgeport, and her Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of health sciences. She utilizes trigger point therapy, acupressure, myofascial release, flexion distraction, and diversified techniques. Activator is utilized for those preferring a more gentle session. Ultrasound modalities and interferential current are also available.
